single outside pocket or multiple pockets that wrap around the
entire bag. The pockets on the inside/ lining can also be

Laura's Zippered Tote
I made this leather Small Handbag size Zippered Tote for my mother last
Christmas. I modified the zipper just a bit so that it wouldn't have to be
caught in the seam allowance and I also added the metal rectangle rings
to the handles for a bit of added interest.
Leather is not hard to work with if you get a medium weight soft leather.
I found this at a local flea market so I'm not sure of the exact weight. I
used a 16/90 or 18/100 size Denim/Jeans needle in my sewing machine.
